Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Trainer focused on driving performance and growth. If you're passionate about coaching sales professionals and boosting results through hands-on training, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver on-the-field training to newly joined Sales Officers, Sales Managers, and Regional Sales Managers, covering essential skills like effective selling techniques, team management, scheme explanations, negotiation strategies, deal closures, CRM software usage (order entry, customized schemes, tracking delivery, etc.), and reward attainment.
• Support the low performers through various training
• Partner with underperforming existing sales teams to identify gaps, implement improvement plans, and track progress toward performance targets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align with business goals, fostering a high-energy, results-oriented culture.
• Monitor training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously refining programs for maximum impact.
