Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Discovery & Cloud Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Discovery processes that enable a reliable and accurate CMDB across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping), strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, and hands-on experience with multi-cloud visibility (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB) .
• Proven expertise with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware , including APIs, service discovery, and resource modeling.
• Knowledge of containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker).
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX), virtualization, storage, and middleware .
• Familiarity with protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, REST, SOAP, JDBC).
• Solid understanding of CSDM, CMDB design, and service dependency mapping .
• Scripting experience (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for automation / customization.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
