Job description

Key Strategy & Vision :

  • Define and execute the companys technology roadmap aligned with product and business goals.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, cloud-native systems) to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Balance innovation and long-term scalability with short-term delivery requirements.

Hands-On Technical Leadership :

  • Architect, design, and review scalable, secure, high-performance SaaS applications.
  • Remain hands-on when necessary coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting critical challenges.
  • Drive adherence to best practices in architecture, DevSecOps, and performance engineering.

    • Full-Stack & Cloud Development Oversight :

  • Lead teams in modern stacks : React / Vue.js, Node.js, Python, .NET Core.
  • Architect multi-tenant SaaS and cloud-native solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Oversee DevOps pipelines (CI / CD), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

    • Team Leadership & Mentorship :

  • Build, inspire, and scale engineering teams (developers, interns, contractors).
  • Mentor next-generation leaders and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

    • Operational Excellence :

  • Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, HIPAA, and CRM-industry standards.
  • Optimize systems for security, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration :

  • Partner with Product, Business, and Design teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Represent technology leadership in client, investor, and industry forums.
  • Communicate technical strategy in a clear, boardroom-ready narrative.

    • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : 12+ years in technology leadership roles with proven SaaS scaling impact.
  • Technical Mastery : Hands-on coding expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js, React / Vue.js), Python, and .NET Core.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure : Deep AWS expertise (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, scaling / monitoring) with multi-cloud exposure.
  • Architecture : Strong experience in multi-tenant SaaS, event-driven microservices, distributed systems.
  • AI Integration : Demonstrated success in integrating AI / GenAI (LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics) into enterprise products.
  • Data Engineering : PostgreSQL mastery; exposure to NoSQL, time-series, graph DBs, data lakes, streaming.
  • DevOps : CI / CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Security & Compliance : ISO standards, HIPAA, GDPR, privacy-by-design frameworks.
  • Domain Knowledge : Prior exposure to CRM, workflow automation, SaaS platforms.
  • Deployment Models : Experience designing common codebases with cloud-native and on-premise deployment flexibility (open-source style).
  • Leadership : Track record in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Business Acumen : Ability to bridge business strategy with technology execution.

    • Engagement Structure :

  • Part-Time Role to begin with, with a path to Full-Time Co-Founder position based on mutual fit.
  • Probation Period : Initial 3 months to evaluate contributions and synergy.
  • Equity Allocation : Post-probation, equity will be allocated on a subscription basis, ensuring long-term alignment and growth.
