About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT operations and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.)

Customize ServiceNow applications and modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring performance, usability, and scalability.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices within the ServiceNow team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience , with strong expertise in ITSM.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules).

Experience with ServiceNow administration, integrations (REST / SOAP APIs), and customization.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD) preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
