Aisera Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Aisera Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions using the Aisera platform. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, enhance customer experience, and integrate Aisera with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize AI-powered virtual assistants and chatbots using AiseraGPT and AI Workflow Studio.

Design and implement low-code / no-code automation workflows tailored to enterprise use cases.

Integrate Aisera with backend systems such as SAP, CRM, HRMS, and custom APIs.

Lead bot orchestration, NLP model training, and configuration of Day0 / Day1 experiences.

Ensure compliance with governance, security, and performance standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Participate in Aisera training and certification programs to stay updated with platform capabilities.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Aisera platform (AiseraGPT, AI Workflows, Analytics).

Strong understanding of Conversational AI, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.

Proficiency in Python, javascript and experience with Azure DevOps for CI / CD.

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and cloud orchestration tools.

Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Aisera platform certifications (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced).

Exposure to multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

Azure certifications (AI Engineer, Architect, DevOps).

Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (e.g., consumer goods, manu
