Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of design experience in a creative department, agency, or design studio.

Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Basic understanding of the graphic production process.

Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.

Capable of handling design projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.

Adaptable and quick learner, able to interpret and apply brand guidelines effectively.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and FIGMA

Possess a strong sense of design, layout, and typography, with the ability to generate fresh, creative solutions.
