Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome new customers and create detailed Member Profiles.
- Search, screen, and shortlist relevant profiles; establish rapport with clients and initiate meetings between members to create Success Stories.
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned customer portfolio, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Deliver the right Elite experience while providing consistent quality service.
- Acquire new customers while managing existing client relationships.
Skills and Competencies :
Excellent command of Malayalam and fluency in English.Strong customer service experience with aptitude for sales.High emotional intelligence and client management skills.Punctuality, professional presentation, and executive presence.Effective oral and written communication, listening, and influencing skills.Empathy, self-driven, initiative, and ability to manage stress.Willingness to learn and adapt to client management needs.Understanding of business and telephone etiquette.Skills Required
