My client, a global IT consultancy firm is now building up a Pega operation center in India with aggressive hiring plan.
Responsibilities
Bridge business needs with Pega’s BPM and CRM technology solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, optimize, and implement end-to-end digital process automation solutions.
Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, Pega-based solutions.
Lead the development of Pega business architecture deliverables, including process models, use cases, and functional requirements.
Facilitate design sessions and ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality, maximizing out-of-the-box leverage and safeguarding Pega’s native capabilities.
Act as a steward for designing functional solutions focused on project scope, avoiding scope creep and unnecessary change requests.
Enable and educate clients on leveraging out-of-the-box Pega features.
Build blueprints aligned with process requirements.
Define and manage business rules, workflows, and case lifecycle stages within the Pega environment.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Pega development teams to ensure clarity, quality, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive process improvement initiatives leveraging Pega’s decisioning, automation, and case management capabilities.
Lead workshops with clients to define business requirements, process optimizations, and system enhancements.
Mentor junior architects and analysts on Pega methodologies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with the broader Intelligent Automation community to integrate Pega solutions with RPA, AI, and data platforms.
Contribute to business development by supporting solution proposals and demonstrations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology).
1–2 years (Associate), 3–4 years (Senior Associate), or 5+ years (Manager) of relevant experience.
Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified Senior Business Architect (PCSBA) certification preferred.
Prior consulting or industry experience (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare) is an advantage.
Experience in financial services (complaints, KYC, fraud), insurance (claims, underwriting, complaints), or healthcare (appeals, grievances, claims) is a plus.
Proven experience in enterprise-level Pega applications, including case design, data modeling, and business rule implementation.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Experience in deployment of Pega applications.
Strategic business and application acumen.
Deep expertise in Pega Platform capabilities and business architecture principles.
Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
