Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Project Supervisor located in Mumbai. The HVAC Project Supervisor will oversee and manage HVAC installation and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include planning project schedules, coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing resources efficiently, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance
• Experience in project management, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in safety compliance and standards related to HVAC projects
• Team coordination and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant certifications in HVAC or project management are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
