ServiceNow Developer / Administrator - ITSM / CMDB Module

Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer / Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, and administration of our ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role requires a professional who can effectively manage the platform's lifecycle, implement solutions, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the CMDB. You will work on enhancing and maintaining the platform to support our IT Service Management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Platform Administration : Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user management, access control lists (ACLs), and form and report design.
• CMDB Management : Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
• Development : Develop custom applications, forms, and workflows using scripting and other ServiceNow development tools.
• Integrations : Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and debug issues within the ServiceNow platform and CMDB.
• Reporting : Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into IT Service Management metrics.
• Best Practices : Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL standards for implementation and maintenance.
