- Ability to interpret GD&T dimensions on the drawings.
- Hands on experience in setup approval & final inspection.
- Capable of handling NC parts and NC creation in ERP.
- Hands on experience in understanding CMM results
- Ability to identify the quality issues arising in shop floor and resolve in working with production team.
- Ability to create quality plan for new products.
- Ability to create shipment documents & PAIR documents.
- Initiate Kaizen activities in line with quality improvement.
