Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and building relationships with influencers, and coordinating influencer campaigns. Daily tasks include analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align influencer efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Relationship Building, and Campaign Coordination
• Strong skills in Analyzing Campaign Performance, Reporting, and Negotiation
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and Collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus
