Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Montessori-trained teacher who can teach children from pre-school to Class 2 and conduct spoken English classes. The role involves nurturing individual learning journeys, fostering curiosity, and helping children develop confidence in communication.

Onsite – HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

1 Deliver Montessori lessons tailored to each child's pace and developmental stage.

2 Conduct engaging spoken English activities, leading to measurable improvement

in fluency and confidence.

3 Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.

4 Build positive relationships with parents, providing regular feedback on child

progress.

Technical Competencies

1 Understanding and application of Montessori philosophy.

2 Spoken English teaching skills for early learners.

3 Classroom management for mixed-age groups (up to Class 2).

1 Warm, friendly, and patient with children.

2 Adaptable to individual learning speeds.

Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver Montessori lessons and spoken English sessions as per school curriculum.
