As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that are both intuitive and impactful. Responsibilities

• Create a UX strategy on an iterative and empirical mode to align with Company’s vision.
• Design thinking, User centric design paradigms should be in the DNA and should be part of everyday work life.
• Should be thinking of futuristic, scalable design ethics and should be ahead of time in terms of design philosophies.
• Work as a UX evangelist, propagating the future of planned design with every employee and customer.
• Engage in customer connects to understand the thought process of the end user and the sponsors to ensure their jobs to be done are achieved in the best way.
• Implement best practices in gauging usability through defined metrics.
• Lead a team of UX / UI designers, collaborate with developers to ideate, prototype, design & implement new product features / functionalities.
• Conduct workshops or bootcamps for getting internal stakeholders feedback and suggestions.
• Run consistent design sprints with tangible outcomes.
• Plan & execute primary user research methods.
• Deliver usability report metrics regularly and improvements made by the UX iterations.
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
