Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within our fertility centre. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare hiring, excels in relationship-building, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for positions including nurses, medical assistants, patient coordinators, administrative staff, and leadership roles.
- Partner closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using job boards, social platforms, recruitment databases, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, credentialing requirements, and organisational policies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Represent the fertility centre at career fairs, professional conferences, and recruiting events.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support on-boarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–5+ years of recruiting experience , with a strong preference for healthcare recruitment .Experience hiring in speciality clinics, fertility / OB-GYN practices, or hospitals is a plus.Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing, and industry compliance requirements.Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-moving environment.Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).Preferred Skills
Familiarity with reproductive medicine or women’s health fields.Experience developing recruitment marketing strategies or employer branding initiatives.Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
