Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Business Analyst with deep expertise in healthcare operations and digital channels to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, enhancing patient and provider experiences, and optimizing digital touchpoints across web, mobile, and other platforms.

As the Digital Business Analyst will be expected to design and deliver insightful, data-driven dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making across digital healthcare initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Insightful, data driven dashboards and Analytics using Microsoft Power BI , Tableau & Databricks BIBuild, optimize, and validate data tables and views to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business definitions using Databricks. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements on digital applications data and build robust analytics.Presenting the analytics to stakeholders from time to time with exemplary data story telling.Partner with Power BI administrators to enable secure access to trusted data sources and support dashboard performance.Document the dashboards / data views built for transparency and long-term sustainability.Develop and manage job schedules, alerts, and automation logic for timely delivery of dashboards.Ability to troubleshoot data pipeline issues, optimize performance, and support audit and compliance needs

Required Skills

Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Databricks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration skills and Storytelling capability.Hands-on experience on Microsoft Power BI includes Development, deployment and maintenance.Understanding of data accuracy, governance and implementing user level security. (Unity catalog in data bricks and RLS in Power BI)Mandatory Healthcare domain knowledge and digital experience.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Nice to Have : Familiar with AI capabilities in Power BI like Co-pilot, Smart Narratives and Genie in Databricks. Required Experience

3+ years of total experience3+ years in data engineering, data analytics roles.Experience with Databricks for data processing, transformation, and orchestration within cloud-based data environments.Experience working in enterprise reporting environments, ideally Power BI, but also Databricks BI or Tableau. Required Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required

Desired Experience And Skills

Experience working in Agile environment; familiarity with Agile tools like Jira.Strong knowledge in understanding Health care domain.

Location & Hours of Work

Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate. (1PM IST to 10PM IST)Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
