💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute large-scale B2B exhibitions & trade shows end-to-end.
• Drive booth sales, sponsorships & partnerships
• Own P&L , revenue targets & team performance
• Build strong networks with associations & industry leaders [Government bodies & CXOs].
• Guide the exhibition sales team to achieve revenue milestones.
• Review post-event metrics and implement improvements.
