Our client is a global technology company with over 200,000 employees across 60 countries. They provide a wide range of technology services, including engineering, cloud, AI solutions, digital transformation, R&D, and software solutions.
Over the last two years, they have been building out a new Human Capital Management (HCM) Practice and are keen to continue growing this offering across APAC and the Middle East.
To support this growth, they are now seeking an experienced HR professional with strong employee lifecycle management experience gained in a Big 4 consulting firm or an equivalent environment, who is keen to take on a sales-oriented role to help drive the expansion of this exciting practice.
This will begin as an initial 6-month contract with the option to move to a permanent role if mutually agreed by both parties.
Purpose and Responsibilities of the Role :
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of HCM consulting and advisory services through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and implement strategies to position the HCM practice as a partner of choice.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and present tailored HCM solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, acting as a trusted HR ally and navigator for the client.
- Share HR best practices and add value to customers from a platform-agnostic perspective.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organisations.
- Track and report on engagement activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and adapt approaches.
Qualifications & Experience :
10+ years of experience in HCM consulting or advisory roles.Significant employee lifecycle management experience, ideally gained within a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent.In-depth knowledge of HCM solutions and industry best practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Keen interest in developing business and contributing to sales growth (prior sales experience not required).(ref : iimjobs.com)
