As a key member of our team, you&aposll play a vital role in creating accurate invoices and billing materials, monitoring updates, and communicating effectively with our team and customers. You&aposll ensure our clients are billed correctly and in accordance with approved deal parameters, helping ORBCOMM maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Invoice Management :
Check invoices and credit memos for accuracy.
Submit electronic invoices and track progress from billing to collection.
Customer Interaction :
Monitor emails for customer and account change requests.
Communicate updates with both the team and customers.
Account Maintenance :
Perform account authorizations and review new customer accounts.
Approve billing rates according to company standards.
Reporting & Support :
Prepare special request reports as needed.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed.

Who You Are

You're a detail-oriented professional with a talent for ensuring accuracy and managing multiple priorities. If you have :

3+ years' experience in a similar billing role.

An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or business.

Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.

A solid understanding of billing systems.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization.

A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent team collaboration skills.

The ability to multi-task, handle interruptions, and maintain flexibility in assignments.
