Role : ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Location : Pune / Chennai

Experience : 7+Years

Work Mode : Hybrid

Position Overview :

We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Administrators .

These individuals will primarily support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) initiatives, with flexibility to assist in ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules during emergencies or when bandwidth allows.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.
Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into tehnical solutions.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
Provide occasional support for ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.
Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 3 years in HRSD (concurrent experience acceptable).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration methods (REST, SOAP).

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Science, Business discipline, or a related field.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

ServiceNow certifications such as :

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD

Certified Application Developer

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and GRC.

Work Environment :

Offshore-based role with remote collaboration across global teams. Must be available during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone for meetings and coordination.
