Now the company with its new vertical Fiberise Fit Pvt Ltd is launching a nutraceutical supplement focused at weight management. The company aims to become India's largest weight management solution within next 2 years.

Role Description

We are looking for a creative AI Content Creator who can leverage AI tools for video, graphics, and storytelling to produce high-quality, engaging content for our D2C campaigns, social media, and influencer collaborations. :

Role & Responsibility

  • Use AI-powered tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, MidJourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to create videos, graphics, and marketing creatives.
  • Develop short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style edits) to highlight brand messaging and product benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to design content for ads, influencer campaigns, and sampling promotions.
  • Experiment with creative storytelling formats — transformation journeys, educational explainers, lifestyle snippets.
  • Maintain a strong brand aesthetic across all AI-generated content.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI content creation trends and bring fresh ideas for campaigns.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools (video + graphics).
  • Familiarity with video editing basics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, ad creatives, and audience engagement.
  • Creative mindset — able to turn raw product benefits into scroll-stopping visuals.
  • Bonus : Experience in D2C, nutraceuticals, or wellness content..

  • 10–15 high-quality AI-powered creatives produced per week.
  • Content with above-industry engagement rates on Instagram / YouTube.
  • Positive impact on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ad performance through creative optimization.
  • Ability to rapidly test and iterate different content formats.
