Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement cloud solutions leveraging GCP services based on real migration and modernization projects.
Work extensively with GCP services including Cloud Run, PostgreSQL, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Pub / Sub, Cloud Scheduler, Secret Manager, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, DNS, CDN, and Apigee.
Develop and maintain microservices and APIs using Java and Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud.
Apply API and microservice design principles to build scalable and efficient cloud applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customers and internal development teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain cloud infrastructure and applications.
Support application migration and modernization efforts on GCP.
Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance on cloud best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Strong hands-on experience with the GCP services mentioned above in the context of migration or cloud-native projects.

Proficient in Java programming and frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud.

Solid understanding of API and microservice design and implementation.

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and technical teams.

Ability to handle end-to-end project delivery and provide technical leadership.

Good to Have :

Experience in application migration and modernization on GCP.

GCP Associate or Professional Cloud certifications.
