Execute data archiving solution by working with business and technical teams for structured and unstructured data

Understand requirements documenting the technical architecture conduct detailed design determine level of effort work planning and implementation approach

Design and implement archival solution using OpenText InfoArchive

Thorough understanding of concepts of table archiving data record archiving file archiving and compound business record archiving

Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and hands on experience in working on oracle and SQL server Structural unstructured database query management experience

Support and improve the Data Archiving dashboards reports and processes

Act as a contact for those in need of access to legacy system data that was archived

Coordinate with Application Retirement team regarding the archival solution and timelines

Monitor archived data as per retention policy and take necessary actions

Assist with the preparation and revision of training materials user manuals SOPs and other project related documentation

Monitor Archiving batch processes and follow up on tickets

Leading experience on Archiving initiatives and projects

Strong planning and analytical skills combined with ability to work with geographically distributed teams

Excellent communication skills experience interacting with global business users and optimizing process

Identify and communicate risk and issue to delivery team on a timely manner and provide inputs to change process

Good to have Certified in OpenText InfoArchive

Good to have Archiving data for manufacturing systems ERP system like SAP
