Description : Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to design, develop, and implement robust automation solutions that enhance product quality and testing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Selenium with Python, Pytest, and Appium, along with a strong understanding of CI / CD integration and QA best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.
Implement and optimize test frameworks and reusable components using Pytest.
Develop and execute automated test cases for web and mobile applications (iOS / Android) using Appium.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing through automation.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to identify and resolve defects early in the SDLC.
Integrate automated test suites within CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and processes to enhance test coverage and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium, and Pytest.

Experience with Appium for mobile test automation.

Solid understanding of CI / CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
