Role Overview

We’re seeking a UI / UX Designer (3–4 years’ experience) to craft end-to-end product experiences for our precision-health applications. You’ll collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product leads to make biological complexity usable and human-centered — translating science into clarity, trust, and elegant user journeys across clinician and consumer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full UX design process : research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Design end-to-end product experiences , not just screens.
• Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction patterns grounded in user behavior and scientific context.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and solve real user problems with clarity.
• Deliver clean, modern, and visually engaging UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and scientific credibility.
• Optimize workflows and improve product usability through data-driven iteration and user feedback.
• Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and smooth hand-offs.
• Present design decisions clearly, backed by rationale and empathy for the user.
