About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.

Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and prepare regular reports.

Lead and mentor the business development team (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (industry-specific experience is a plus).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
