Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Program Coordination
• Identify unique CSR projects based on the specific needs of the community and ensure project proposal drafting, report writing and other project documentation.
• Oversee and manage implementation of CSR projects as decided with the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, field staff, and partner organizations for smooth execution
• Project Implementation :
• Manage the implementation of projects being executed.
• Ensure all project activities are executed as per the plan.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain relationships with Corporate partners, CSR bodies, government departments, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Organize and participate in regular review meetings, updates, and site visits with key stakeholders.
• Timeline Monitoring :
• Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Communication Facilitation :
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Organize and lead meetings to discuss project progress and issues.
• Documentation Management :
• Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and project plans.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Resource Management :
• Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Quality Assurance :
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the defined quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS :

JOB LOCATION : KJIT Campus, Opp. I.T.I, Savli 391770 Dist. Vadodara, Gujarat [Approx. 30 kms from Vadodara City]

SALARY RANGE : 5 lacs to 6 lacs per annum + Allowances.

We may offer higher package to qualified

Candidates with an geographical knowledge of Central Gujarat shall be preferred.
