Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor located in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. The Study Abroad Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting students through the entire process of applying to universities, including academic assessment, university selection, application processes, visa applications, and pre-departure preparations. Day-to-day tasks include advising students, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining student records, liaising with universities, and providing travel assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic counselling and university admissions
• Strong knowledge of visa application processes and pre-departure preparations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field
