Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in South Delhi, is for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer. The NOC Engineer will monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include ensuring network security, resolving technical issues promptly, providing proactive support, and collaborating with team members to maintain optimal network performance.

Qualifications

Expertise in Network Operations Center (NOC) processes and Network Administration. Minimum of 2 years of experience (VOSS Switch preferred)

Strong ability in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve complex network issues

Knowledge of Network Security to ensure the safety and protection of network infrastructure

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred

Previous experience in a telecom or similar industry is a plus
