Job Title : Regional Sales Manager - Medical Furniture (Healthcare Vertical)
Reports To : President & AVP - Healthcare Vertical
Experience Required : 10+ years (Min. 5 years in Healthcare Industry)
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferable.
MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive sales and business development of medical furniture products across assigned states.
Work aggressively on the field, meeting clients, conducting demos, and understanding market dynamics.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with overall business goals.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Establish strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers, and decision-makers.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide detailed and timely reports to the President and AVP of the Healthcare Vertical.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met regionally.
Lead ground-level execution and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales support.
Manage budgets, travel extensively across the region and to other parts of India as required.
