Qualification - CA or MBA ( Finance)

Experience - Min 5 yrs (Preferred Export Oriented Unit)

Managerial Experience preferred

Strong domain knowledge of FEM, RBI Guidelines, Internal Controls & Financial Management

Team leading exposure of 3-5 people

Job Description -

Financial Strategy for Organization and finding new cost-effective sources of Funds.

• Suggest System to Improve Risk / Return ratio in Forex Management & Other Risk Areas
• Formulation of Business Plan for Finance Dept.
• Statutory Compliance, RBI, FEMA Etc.
• Providing MIS for business decision
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls.
• Ensuring Liquidity of Funds for Business Requirements.
• Managing Working Capital Cycle
• Strong networking & relations with Bankers, Underwriters, Financial Agencies, Credit Rating Agencies
• ERP System Understanding and System and Process Improvements.
• Export LC / Import LC / Bank Guarantee Transactions handling
• Customer Credit Worthiness Analysis
• Export and Import Documents Management
• EDPMS / IDPMS / ORM / IRM Compliance Management
• PC / PCFCs & Foreign Currency Discounting
• Forex Management
• Inward Remittances and Outward Remittance.
• Foreign Subsidiaries Compliance Management
