Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Branch Manager-Study Abroad. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring that all services meet quality standards, and achieving business goals. The role includes strategic planning, developing marketing strategies, establishing relationships with stakeholders, and providing guidance and support to students planning to study abroad.

Qualifications

Operational management and strategic planning skills

Experience in marketing and developing marketing strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage and lead a team effectively

Experience in the education or study abroad industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
