Job description

Cleevo is looking for a creative and proactive Influencer Marketing and Social Media Associate to join our marketing team.

Job Role :

Identifying and collaborating with the right influencers, managing influencer partnerships, and co-creating compelling campaigns tailored to our brand's goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Influencer Marketing :

  • Scouting, reaching out to, and onboarding influencers that align with the brand's voice and audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
  • Track influencer content performance (views, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers the intended message.

Campaign Ideation & Social Media :

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas for Instagram, YouTube.
  • Research trends, audience preferences, and competitor campaigns to propose new, engaging content directions.
  • Work with the design / content team to ensure influencer and in-house campaigns have consistent messaging and visual appeal.
  • Suggest reels, challenges, hooks, and formats that appeal to the brand&aposs target audience.

    • Community Management :

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across Instagram and other platforms.
  • Maintain brand tone while addressing queries, complaints, and compliments.
  • Flag key insights and FAQs to the marketing and product teams.
