Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in market research, latest marketing trends, and social media trend analysis. This role also requires a willingness to travel and conduct on-field market assessments, competitor studies, and consumer insights gathering to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape both online and in the field.
• Perform on-ground research including surveys, store checks, customer interviews, and regional market evaluations.
• Analyze social media trends, hashtags, and influencer activity to generate content and campaign recommendations.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies aligned with market and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with digital and creative teams to develop campaigns that resonate with current trends.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on market activity, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
• Identify potential growth opportunities, new markets, and consumer segments based on data analysis.
• Keep updated on industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging tools in digital and field marketing.
• Participate in promotional activities, product demos, exhibitions, and BTL marketing initiatives as required.
