Designation : Senior Account Executive – Public Relations

Experience : 4–6 years (Agency experience mandatory)

Sectoral Experience Preferred

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across business and trade media.

Independently manage client accounts — from strategy to execution.

Develop and pitch compelling story ideas to secure consistent, high-impact coverage.

Draft press releases, authored articles, and briefing documents with precision and clarity.

Monitor and analyze media coverage; prepare reports and recommendations for clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute integrated PR campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and client-specific developments.

Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and proactively identify PR opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.

4–6 years of proven PR agency experience (not digital / social media marketing).

Strong understanding of business and financial media landscape.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong media network and a proactive approach to relationship building.

Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple clients.

A team player who can also take independent ownership.
