About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Architect with deep expertise in Einstein Analytics, predictive modeling, dashboard design, and cross-cloud data integration. You will architect, design, and guide delivery teams to build scalable, intelligent, and business-driven analytics solutions on Salesforce.

This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to guide developers throughout the entire SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

CRMA & Einstein Analytics Development

Architect, design, and develop CRMA dashboards , datasets, lenses, and dataflows.

Build and deploy Einstein Predictive Models (OOTB + custom).

Own full predictive lifecycle : data prep → recipe building → model training → deployment → tuning.

Review dashboards for performance, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.

Data Integration & Modeling

Integrate 3rd party data sources with Salesforce for unified analytics.

Design dataflows using SAQL, SOQL, Data Manager, Recipe Builder .

Establish scalable data models aligned with business processes.

SDLC, Governance & Delivery Management

Translate business needs into functional / technical requirements.

Oversee development, testing, UAT, deployment, and release cycles.

Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and documentation standards.

Lead and mentor developers; assign tasks and provide technical guidance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work directly with product owners, leaders, and business stakeholders.

Drive collaboration, manage expectations, and ensure solution adoption.

Present insights, validate requirements, and align technical decisions with business objectives.

Analytics & Predictive Insights

Leverage Einstein Discovery for predictive recommendations and forecasting.

Implement KPIs, executive dashboards, data stories, and operational analytics.

Drive data quality, governance, and best practices across analytics initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong experience with SAQL, SOQL, Recipes, Dataflows, Dashboard Designer .

Expertise in building & deploying Einstein Predictive Models end-to-end.

Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd-party data systems.

Ability to manage developers and oversee analytics delivery.

Hands-on experience with Jira , Agile methodologies, and deployment workflows.

Strong expertise in data visualization, modeling, and predictive analytics concepts.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
