Role : Community Manager.
Experience : 5-8 Years.
Location : Remote (Optional office access in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai).
Contract : 12-month (extendable based on business needs).
Shift : General (No night shifts).
Key Responsibilities :
- Coach and support senior leaders and experts to create and share impactful content.
- Focus on amplifying regional voices and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic editorial.
- Work with C-level leaders and founders from various companies.
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong verbal and persuasive communication.
- Experience with creators, influencers, or partnerships.
- Understanding of the creator economy and regional content trends.
- Relationship management and adaptability.
- Risk awareness and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.

- Experience in community management, social media, or influencer / creator management.
- Prior work with regional creators is highly valued.
