We at Coforge are hiring Campus Recruitment Manager with the following skillset :
Design and implement a comprehensive campus hiring strategy for engineering talent across Tier 1, Tier 2, and regional / local engineering colleges.
Collaborate with business leaders and workforce planning teams to forecast campus hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at engineering colleges, including placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
Drive employer branding initiatives through campus events, hackathons, webinars, and student engagement programs.
Lead end-to-end campus recruitment processes including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Manage large-scale hiring events across multiple geographies, ensuring seamless execution and candidate experience.
Provide regular updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends
Desired Profile
10–15 years of experience in campus recruitment within the IT services industry, with a strong focus on engineering talent.
Proven track record of managing large-scale campus hiring programs, including regional and local college outreach.
Deep understanding of the engineering education ecosystem, including relationships with top-tier and regional institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, state universities, etc.).
