We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting project implementations. This role is suited for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement in business processes and provide recommendations.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
