Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in contract staffing. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates for client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles in contract staffing.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants for repeat business.
- Ensure timely onboarding and smooth transition of candidates.
- Achieve hiring targets and contribute to team performance.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing.Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
