Job descriptionIndia's freight and logistics sector is ripe for transformation. Road freight alone accounts for ~224Mt of CO₂ emissions, with 87% of total logistics emissions coming from the transportation of goods alone. We're seeking a potential founder with deep domain expertise (ideally across multi-modal logistics), to tackle critical pain points across the value chain and unlock massive decarbonization potential. Deep expertise in climate economics and carbon value creation Hands-on venture building support and operational resources Access to our global network of investors and corporate partners Commitment to building for impact and scale 7+ years of experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain Strong operational background with a builder's mindset Passion for climate impact and systems-level thinking Ready to co-create and execute from day one
