General Manager - US Workforce Delivery

At Elfonze, we’re entering a high-growth phase across our U.S. markets and we’re looking for a seasoned leader to drive our Bangalore-based delivery operations with a dual mandate : ▶️ Build out our US staffing capability▶️ Mobilize and scale our internal talent base for Elfonze-led projects and direct client engagements in the U.S.This role is more than just staffing, it’s about accelerating our ability to deliver, grow, and lead from the front as a consulting-first organization .Your Charter : Spearhead talent delivery operations with a strong understanding of both staffing dynamics and internal project mobilizationBuild and scale delivery teams from scratch, with a focus on Elfonze’s internal hiring goals for U.S. projectsDrive P&L ownership , operational KPIs, and stakeholder alignment across geographiesBring in trusted client relationships while also aligning with Elfonze’s direct project needsEnsure seamless ramp-up of consultants , from sourcing to onboarding to project readinessIdeal Candidate : 10+ years in US staffing, project mobilization, or talent delivery leadershipStrong exposure to setting up delivery operations and scaling teamsProven ability to operate across staffing firms and internal delivery organizationsExceptional communication, leadership, and cross-border stakeholder managementWhy Elfonze?We’re not just filling seats — we’re building capabilities and careers .
