About the Role
We’re scaling fast and need sharp, execution-focused Recruiter Interns who can operate with discipline, speed, and stakeholder alignment. This is a 6-month remote internship designed for individuals who want real exposure to end-to-end hiring workflows and talent operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sourcing pipelines across multiple channels with a focus on quality throughput.
Manage candidate outreach, screening, and coordination to ensure a frictionless hiring experience.
Maintain accurate data hygiene across recruiting trackers and internal systems.
Support recruitment operations, market mapping, and reporting.
Partner with the team to improve funnel efficiency and turnaround time.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and stakeholder-management instincts.
High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Ability to multitask and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
Interest in HR, people operations, or talent acquisition.
Compensation & Perks
Stipend : ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month
