Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic GM – Finance to lead and manage the complete finance function across multiple business verticals, including Gems & Jewelry, Construction, IT, and Insurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in finance, accounts, wealth management, treasury operations, taxation, audits, and compliances. The role will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with the Chairperson.

Qualifications :

CA

12–15 years of post-qualification experience in senior finance roles

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the entire Finance & Accounts function across group businesses
• Drive strategies to enhance and grow the wealth portfolio for Gems & Jewelry and other business units
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure robust treasury management, banking relationships, and fund management
• Manage end-to-end taxation (direct & indirect), audit, and compliance activities
• Monitor forex management, export documentation, and related financial operations
• Implement internal controls, financial discipline, and governance practices
• Provide financial insights and advisories to support business growth and strategic decisions
• Lead, guide, and mentor a finance team of 20–30 professionals

Required Skills & Competencies :

• Strong knowledge of finance, accounts, taxation, audit, and treasury
• Experience in forex, export finance, and banking liaison
• Exposure to wealth management and portfolio growth strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work closely with top management and drive financial performance
