Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payments Platform Product Manager located in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of payment platform products, conducting market research, and defining product vision and strategy. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, ensuring products meet regulatory standards, and delivering product solutions that meet customer needs. The role also involves managing product lifecycle, analyzing product performance, and identifying opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, specifically in the payments platform domain
• Knowledge of market research, product vision, and strategy development
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations
• Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance related to payment platforms
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus
