Key Responsibilities :
- Counsel and guide walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding courses or services
- Generate business through tele-calling, seminars, workshops, and follow-ups
- Effectively present the offerings and benefits to potential clients or students
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Participate in promotional activities and outreach programs as required
Eligibility Criteria :
Any Graduate or above2–3 years of experience as a counselor (education or service industry preferred)Female candidates onlyStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsGood conversational and persuasive abilityComfortable handling walk-ins and outbound callingSkills Required
