Assistant Manager (Incubation and Entrepreneurship)

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage incubation and acceleration programs related to climate and sustainability entrepreneurship

Create an ecosystem of climate and sustainability organizations as partners for supporting the Climate, Environment, and Sustainability Education at BITS

Organize a student / faculty entrepreneurship related conference / event on sustainability and climate

Build a mentor / expert network of climate and sustainability entrepreneurs, investors, and experts

Promote co-creation of climate and sustainability solutions between Startups and Faculty at BITS Pilani

Organize Extensive Customer and Investor Connects for Startups

Pursue opportunities for funding from Government (CEST etc.), Non-Profit Foundations, CSR, and alumni in the area of climate and sustainability

Any other task as assigned by CEO, Incubation and Entrepreneurship

Qualifications

Postgraduate

with

5 years of relevant experience or Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience,

with at least

3 years of experience in a climate and sustainability focused organization.

Former Founders in Climate and Sustainability space preferred.

Required Skills

Ability to work with minimum / abstract information.

Independent and Self Starter Attitude.

Strong & Demonstrated Excel, PowerPoint and Word Skills
