Key Responsibilities :

Program Management : Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with product, technology, supply chain, HR, and store operations teams to drive execution.
Process Excellence : Identify bottlenecks, define workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Initiatives : Lead high-impact programs such as store expansion, operational excellence, customer experience improvement, and digital transformation.
Monitoring & Reporting : Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and present regular updates to leadership.
Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all levels.
Team Leadership : Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in program / project management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma preferred).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
