Job descriptionOrganize recruitment drives and manage onboarding processes. Generate apprenticeship contracts and ensure statutory compliance. Coordinate with departments for successful learning and development of apprentices. Manage manual attendance cards and biometric systems for contractual staff. Handle shift scheduling and prepare attendance reports. Conduct induction programs for new employees. Maintain accurate and updated employee files and records. Support internal and external audits. Maintain statutory registers and prepare HR MIS reports. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in plant-level HR operations. Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and statutory requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
