Associate Engineer Industrialisation

Job Description : of the job

The job requires defining developing and deploying industrial systems in the frame of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0.

You will collaborate with industrial engineers for creating delivering and standardizing discrete event simulation models of existing and future manufacturing Lines / Plants and FALs to balance production rate across processes understand material flow determine buffer requirements and maximize factory throughput

You will be responsible for creating 3D Digital Mock-Ups of plants and prepare related methodology documentation and best practices to assist the Industrial teams from conceptual design through the finished industrial system. Additionally assist in defining developing and deploying these Industrial systems and digital twin capabilities

You will secure the consideration of industrial aspects in the Aircraft definition manage the design of the Industrial System in synchronization with the Aircraft design increasing maturity throughout early development. It is applicable to all new Projects and Programs including derivatives and major modifications of an existing Product / Program.

You will be creating Industrial MBSE and related methodology documentation and best practices to assist the Industrial teams from conceptual design through the finished industrial system.

You will work independently on the digital manufacturing tools and techniques on 3DExperience for activities such as : Producing Routing As-Prepared BoM ISOI & Updating Work Order Build Process and M-BOM definition. Preparing Work Instructions.

You will be programming robotic systems and troubleshooting. Support Virtual commissioning activity across different Airbus Plant. Documenting robotic application development or changes.

EDUCATION : in Mechanical / Aerospace / Industrial Engineering
