Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to lead the creative execution of Radarblock’s visual identity across client projects and internal initiatives. As a key member of our Creative team, you will own end-to-end design delivery, mentor junior designers, and collaborate directly with Creative Directors, Growth leads, and client teams to translate strategy into world-class design output.
This role is ideal for someone with strong creative instincts, leadership potential, and a deep understanding of design’s role in growth marketing - particularly within the fast-evolving world of Web3 and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Design Excellence
- Lead the visual development of campaigns, branding, and digital experiences across multiple client accounts.
- Translate strategic briefs into visually stunning, high-impact design concepts.
- Maintain design excellence and consistency across all assets, from static visuals to motion and 3D design.
- Push creative boundaries by integrating emerging trends, styles, and formats relevant to the Web3 ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing structured feedback and creative direction.Establish internal review processes and design quality standards across the team.Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design function.Project Management & Collaboration
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional quality.Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Growth teams to align design work with campaign objectives and client KPIs.Participate in client calls and internal brainstorms to present design concepts and articulate creative rationale.Innovation & User-Centric Thinking
Develop and implement innovative design solutions that elevate user engagement and storytelling impact.Incorporate data-driven insights and user feedback to refine designs and enhance audience connection.Experiment with new technologies (AI tools, motion, 3D design, AR / VR elements) to keep Radarblock’s creative edge ahead of the curve.Technical Mastery
Demonstrate expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, FigmaMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, design trends, and emerging creative platforms.Guide the team in adopting efficient workflows, asset management systems, and collaboration tools.Experience and proficiency in tools such as Blender, Sketch, and Cinema 4D. (Bonus)Research, Insights & Presentation
Conduct trend analyses, competitor audits, and creative benchmarking to inform design strategies.Prepare high-impact presentations and creative decks for internal reviews and client pitches.Articulate design rationale clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.Qualifications
5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in creative agencies, consulting firms, or high-growth startups.Proven ability to lead design projects and manage creative teams.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and motion / 3D work.Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, FigmaExperience and proficiency in tools such as Blender, Sketch, and Cinema 4D. (Bonus)Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Deep curiosity about Web3, blockchain, and emerging tech - with the ability to translate complex ideas into powerful visuals.Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments with a high degree of autonomy.Why Join Radarblock?
